JNJ GBS is the Shared Service Center organization supporting Procure-to-Pay end-to-end processes in Europe for the following companies.

Accounts Payable Services

• Receive all electronic invoices (best practice)
• Receive all hardcopy paper invoices scanned electronically
• Detect and resolve all invoice exceptions
• Process and pay all invoices

Customer Services

• Provide online Internet query functionality for suppliers regarding invoice and payment status
• Provide a customer helpdesk dedicated to resolving suppliers Procure-to-Pay related queries, supporting seven European languages

Supplier Master Data

• Maintaining the Global Supplier Data Base for all companies in scope of JNJ GBS
